Rent a room of 83 m² in Kista

I am a guy who intends to rent out a furnished room in a terraced house in Akalla. there are a total of 3 rooms in the house. the room is furnished on 25 square meters. there is a bed (with bedding), table and chair, 2 wardrobes, TV in the room. the rent includes: broadband (600 mbits), electricity, water, cable TV. there are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom in the house. there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom that you can use. there is a large kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, stove etc. it is a quiet area close to tube and lidl. it takes 20 minutes by subway to t-central. near kista mall. I live here myself, but every two weeks I have my 6-year-old son with me. the rent is SEK 4900. a deposit of SEK 4900 is required. no smoker. no pets.
jag är en kille som tänker hyra ut ett möblerat rum i ett radhus i akalla. det finns totalt 3 rum i radhuset. rummet är möblerat på 25 kvm. det finns säng (med sängkläder), bord och stol, 2 garderober, tv i rummet. i hyran ingår: bredband (600 mbits), elektricitet, vatten, kabel-tv. det finns 2 toaletter och 1 badrum i huset. det finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare i badrummet som man kan använda. det finns ett stort kök med 2 kylskåp/frys, mikro, spis etc. det är ett lugnt område nära tunnelbana och lidl. det tar 20 minuter med tunnelbanan till t-centralen. nära kista galleria. jag bor själv här men varannan vecka har jag min 6 åriga son hos mig. hyran är 4900 sek. det krävs en deposition på 4900 sek. ingen rökare. inget husdjur.
