- Extraordinary room cleaning: 25 EUR/single payment.

We present to you this fantastic, recently renovated two-bedroom home that you will practically brand new! The rooms are spacious (room No. 1 has a 1.05 cm bed and room No. 2 has a 90 cm bed) and contain all the furniture you may need (bed, wardrobe, study table and chair, etc.). It has air conditioning/heating in the living room. In addition, the rooms have new ceiling fans that will lighten up the hottest nights. The furniture in the common areas is modern and practical, being very functional to meet all your needs. The house has details that will make everyday life very easy for you.

It is equipped with complete kitchen and bathroom utensils.

Check-In Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: [HIDDEN] hrs.

Weekend: upon confirmation and cost of 12 EUR

BOOKING POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be evaluated, with a positive evaluation of those that start in September and/or end in June.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - no limit.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will be accepted preferably.
This offer has Civil Liability insurance offered by the Administrator.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month of the rate.
Surcharges for stays of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month of the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
