Thanks for looking at my ad!The room and bathroom are on a separate floor from landlord's bedroom and office. It's very quiet with plenty of privacy. Utilities, WiFi, housekeeping, washer/dryer are included. It is worth the price! There will only be the landlord and renter sharing the house.We'll share a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful deck and a large backyard. One small dog or cat is welcome as long as they get along with owner's dog.There is a new bed in the room. Two closets. It measures 16x16, tons of space. Bathroom is right next to the room.
