24/7 service through our housing manager, to whom you can transfer any incident, so that you can dedicate yourself to studying and enjoying your stay.

FOOD:
* Half board from Monday to Thursday: 100 EUR/month.
* Half board from Monday to Friday: 132 EUR/month.

CLEANING:
- Monthly room cleaning: 13 EUR/month
- Biweekly room cleaning: 22 EUR/month
- Weekly room cleaning: 40 EUR/month
- Extraordinary room cleaning: 25 EUR/ single payment.

It is a large house newly furnished in the summer of 2023, with five rooms where part of the furniture is completely new. You will release it! Each room has a ceiling fan installed in July 2023. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen with a very recent renovation.

It has a communal interior patio where you can leave a bicycle, if needed.

It is equipped with full kitchenware and bathroom. The area has a great university atmosphere, shops, establishments, cafeterias and restaurants aimed at students where you will feel accompanied by people of the same profile.

Check-In Time:
Monday to Thursday: [HIDDEN] hrs.

Weekend: upon confirmation and cost of 12 EUR

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
