I'm very chill. Live at the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk. I have an older cat and dog (my responsibility). You get use of everything. You get your own bedroom and bathroom, gym and pool key. I work m-f. I do go out on the weekends. It's on third floor. Quiet. Screened in porch. Lots of shopping and dining nearby within walking distance. I lived with a female for 12 years, so I prefer a female roommate because I know my dynamic.
