Rent 1 bedroom house in Concord

I am a married mother of one and I have a three-bedroom home the third room is a spare room that I have no use for so I am putting it up for rent I'm very clean and tidy I have home security and I am family orientated no visitors are allowed in our home for security reasons and also I have two adorable cats that are very friendly and calm also no firearms allowed inside the house and I get along with my neighbors very well everybody knows everybody around here I'm free and cool to get along with I am big on communication last but not least move in date is at the 1st of every month the deposit is expected with the first month's rent up front.
