Single professional male. Work from home so needing a roomate who respects that environment. I am more of a casual homebody and looking for a roomate who is the same. Roomate should be willing to sign a sublet contract which protects both parties. While the lease is month to month, it can be ongoing. The apartment comes with a bed but leaves plenty room for roomate to make it his personal space. Boardgamer or video gamer, thats a plus.
