Hi there I’m a professional looking for a roommate for a clean, large and peaceful room and home. The house is clean, with an amazing kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for a person that has proof of income and is kind and respectful. The room has green, flowering views to the back yard . We have central AC, dryer and washer available to use. The location of house is near AMC theater, groceries stores like Aldi’s , Ross, and other delicious restaurants. The environment in the house is peaceful. I travel a lot so the roomate ideally will be able to have a lot of alone time. My back yard is green and has a lot of tree shade for the roomate to enjoy.
