Art Deco kitchen, granite counter top, oak cabinets.Stove, dishwasher & fridge.Large living room & dining roomNice 🌞 Medium size bedroom with a big window.Room comes partially furnished with a built in closet & storage cubby, full size mattress, and nightstand. If you have your own stuff that’s fine too things can be added/removed. Bathroom shared with one person. The rest of the entire Apartment is currently fully furnished now with everything you'll need. **$1,100 per month. utilities/parking spot will be $50 this includes (Gas, high speed internet, trash, & water)You will have a carport parking spot. Standard Move in = first month rent and one month deposit.**Seeking a trustworthy, stable income, drama free/easy going and clean fellow roommate.
