On the 3rd floor there are 2 rooms where one would be yours with your own large bathroom; the other bedroom is where my wife and I live (we're in our 30s Program Manager andMassage Therapist). On the 2nd floor lives another housemate with their own room and bathroom (30s Biotech Professional lady).
