Large room for rent, Eastvale

Our house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with fantastic people all around.  It’s very safe.  There are shops and restaurants, all within 2 miles of the house.  I am a relaxed landlord.  However, I will not accept any smokers, or drugs, drama and limited to overnight guests once a week.  You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, outside firepit and back yard with no limitations.  There is plenty of street parking and the driveway (3 car) is first come first serve.  The house is  cleaned every 2 weeks for all common areas.  We expect you to be clean and respectful and clean up after yourself.There is one room upstairs available to rent.  It is the second largest bedroom in the house, going for $1300 single occupancy and $1600 dual occupancy.  The bathroom will be shared by whomever lives upstairs and the bathroom is directly outside of each of your doors.  If you are still interested, please reach out.All the best,Corbin
