Large room in home on hilltop, easy access to BART

Would you like a gorgeous view, access to tennis court and access to a open space on three sides at the end of a quiet private street and quiet neighborhood? We have a large room with bathroom ensuite on second floor. You can use the side entrance with your own key (stairs) and a small balcony with a view is shared space. Room to grow herbs or outdoor potted plant on balcony. If you are a bird watcher, you will be in heaven! There is one large bedroom. Your room has its own microwave, small refrigerator.. It is partially furnished (if you want queen size bed and night stand) On site parking at no additional cost. This is the top floor of a two story house and with privacy a the end of the hall. .. No pets. Internet available. You share 1/5 utilities/water/garbage. The key here is your privacy and ours. We each have our space,There are walking and bike paths all around. This house is close to a major shopping area, with everything you need access to within 5 minutes. But it is also set up on a hill, so when you look out, you see trees, not all the buildings below the trees. If you like public transport, Bart is a great connector to San Francisco, Oakland, South Bay and Berkeley areas, and since you are near the beginning of the line, you get your choice of seats if you end up going in rush hour. It is a 35 min drive to SF at non-traffic hours. There is sailing access for boaters within 10 min drive to marinas in Martinez and 30 min drive to Berkeley Marina. Access to shopping, gas, groceries within 5 minutes. 10 minute drive or 20 min bike ride on protected paths to Pleasant Hill Bart Station.We prefer someone who works outside the home primarily..
