Hello! I am breaking my lease to relocate closer to work. So this is a rental for the entire place! You would end up signing your own lease if you are interested. This is a super cute apartment fully remodeled. It has a brand-new oven, dishwasher cabinets sinks etc. Its got amazing south-facing windows and a yard around the property! I really love living here all of my neighbors are super quiet and sweet. There's a full parking lot that is free. And laundry is on site. It's in a nice little neighborhood but it's also a short drive to Denver! And there is a King Soopers a block away. The rent is 1243 plus utilities. Let me know if you would like a tour!
