Rent a room in El Cajon

So I'm looking for someone to replace me because I'm trying to move out to live with my bf. The girl living here now is my friend named Claire. She is very polite, quiet, and is very easy to live with. Most of this apartment is newly renovated, central AC and Heat, you get free parking, and an entire private bedroom, with a nice big sliding glass mirror closet. basic rent is $1070, when adding in utilities and internet it's roughly $1200 a month everything added up.
