Rent a room in Spring Branch West

I live 5 minutes down the road from memorial city mall. The area is very quiet and safe. The room getting rented has its on restroom with a shower. It includes a walk in closet and a nice window view. The property is a townhouse with 2 stories both rooms on the second floor. I have basically everything furnished from the living room to the kitchen. I live alone with a cat, she keeps to herself and is friendly.
