Rent 3 bedroom house in Santa Rosa

Hi! We’re two best friends who have lived together for 7 years, our third roommate recently had to move out and we’re looking for someone to move into her room! The room is 10’ x 12’ (including the closet) with a south facing window, and the bathroom is shared with one other person. All utilities are split equally, and are usually between $100-$150 each month. We have a washer/dryer in unit. We have 2 parking spots and a 3rd spot that’s shared with another house, first come first served. We have lots of plants and a few reptiles!
