Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

My lovely roommate is taking it to the next step with her partner, so they will be moving into together! Due to this change I am now seeking out a roommate to take her place. Our home is spacious and quite. There is a half bath attached to the room that you will be renting out. The room is large with plenty of room, I believe the measurements are 13ft x 11ft but will take exact measurements when possible. The room you would be calling home is the room in the back right of the apartment or can also be seen as the room down the hallway to the left in some of the photos. We have all new fixtures in the home with a nice sized kitchen. Our living room is also very big and we have hardwood lined throughout the apartment, with carpets in the bedrooms.I work from home some of the weeks, and have a total of 3 jobs so I am not home all the time but when I am I stay in my room majority of the time. My home is my temple so I keep my house clean and don't appreciate a dirty kitchen or sink. I do hope that whomever becomes my new roommate is also respectful of their space and appreciates cleanliness.
