Rent a room in Ruskin

Looking for a roomate. Single home, you have your own bathroom, unfurnished bedroom and spare room if you want to use as perosnal space. Shared kitchen and living room space. Utilities included. Very clean, I have a cat. I work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The monthly rent is $1200. The rent includes Water, Electric, Internet, Sewage, and Garbage – Food, maid service, and toiletries are not included, you must provide for your own needs. The community has a pool. Rent is due on the 1st of each rental month – No Exceptions.
