Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Pittsburgh

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. NEED LOCKED IN BY JUNE 8TH AT THE ABSOLUTE LATEST. I am looking for a roommate to move in any time in June, or at the latest some time in July and enter a sublease with me. My lease renewal, which has already been signed and is in motion, will be taking place in August, but you can move in beforehand. Three-story row home in the heart of Southside Pittsburgh. Protected by a home security system and front door camera. Central A/C for the warm summer months and gas heating for the cold ones. Carpets, walls, and ceilings were all deep-cleaned within the last six months by me. Kitchen has dishwasher and laundry machines. Just blocks away from the liveliest part of E Carson Street in Southside Flats. Generally pretty quiet back here, but close to the action. The unit is pet friendly, but I currently do not own a pet. The living room on the first floor and the second bedroom are going to be available for you to do whatever you would like with them. The bedroom has a large closet and is spacious enough for a workspace, bed, and additional dresser/table. Most of the furniture in both of the images will be gone for your move-in. Utilities will be split half-and-half on top of your half of the rent ($837.50). If there is more than one you, then I will want to rebalance the rent accordingly, which we can discuss in our messages (around $[HIDDEN] SPLIT IS ONLY FOR ONE ROOMMATE. Utilities (water, electric, gas, high speed internet) average about $350 a month when multiple people are living here (so your portion would be about $175/mo). Additionally, street parking is available, but it is permit only. The security deposit will be in the amount of $812.50, given directly to me so that I can buy my partner out of the security deposit. Half of the total deposit on this place will then be yours. Pet friendly—an indoor cat that is spayed/neutered or a small dog is okay as well. About me: I will mostly be living in the loft space and my bedroom. I figured this would provide us both with as-separate-as-we-want living spaces and additional privacy, while sharing the bathrooms and kitchen space. I work from home as a technical writer, and my workspace is in the loft. I am generally a night owl and very social. People only come over on occasion, but I am totally open to parties and visitors on a regular basis. I have a MMJ card so I need someone who is either comfortable with that or also does it. I am hoping to find someone around my age. It would be cool if we could be friends, as this is only the start of my second year in the city! But we don’t have to be. Would prefer someone in my age range (20s). I keep my place VERY clean and stay on tops of things like dishes, laundry, etc., so I expect the person living with me to stay clean and help with chores.
