Rent a room in Fresno

I am 25 years old looking for a female roommate who is quiet, working/student. The room has a desk in there. The bed is a twin, but can be removed so you can put your own. I do have one cat that does roam the apartment, so must be OK with that utilities included: water/sewer/electricity/trash/onsite laundry facility. Additional expenses would include wifi.
