Rent a room in San Diego

Room has its own bathroom, Living room and kitchen will be shared. Complex is pretty quiet most of the time. Cameras watching the parking lots security codes to get into the building and parking lot. Alot of stores near by & 10 minutes away from san diego state university. Looking for Decent, respectful, responsible & clean roommate/s who dont drink or do hard drugs we are 420 friendly but we dont party or have alot of people come over cause we enjoy our peace my wife works and im on disability recovering from cancer
