The apartment is very nice and clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, wood floors with rooms having carpet. The property is very nice and right across from the San Diego Country Club. The area is very nice as well, with multiple grocery stores around and less than 5 minutes from the highway. Current roommates and Myself are Officers in the Navy, so they good guys, they are responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and overall we all keep the place clean.
