Roommate wanted, one bedroom with large closet. All utilities included. Wifi included, all shared spaces, including the 1 1/2 baths. 2 story, plenty of storage space. Livingroom, kitchen and 1/2 bath downstairs w/small outdoor patio. Both bedrooms are upstairs with full bath. Two (indoor only) cats currently live here, would consider another cat but no dogs unfortunately. I work two jobs and go to school so am gone a lot. Love to hike and run on the weekends.I am a single mother who's kids are now living with dad or off to college and need someone to share responsibilities with, person would be on rental lease. Would like clean, organized person who cleans up after themselves please. Unit is a fourplex in the JFTB neighborhood of Los Alamitos.
