I would like to sublet my beloved home in Wismar for the winter, from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
The apartment comes fully furnished with excellent amenities, including a bed, TV, workspace, and Wi-Fi with 500 Mbps. It is located on the edge of the old town, offering a beautiful view of St. Georgen and many green gardens.
The monthly rent is €650, all-inclusive. A deposit of €1000 is required at the start of the sublease and will be fully refunded upon return of the apartment in good condition after a successful inspection.

ich möchte hiermit mein geliebtes Nest in Wismar für den Winter vom 01. Oktober 2024 bis zum 31. März 2025 untervermieten.
Ich überlasse die Wohnung möbeliert mit einer super Grundausstattung (Bett, Fernseher, Arbeitsplatz und Wlan mit 500 M/bits).
Die Lage ist am Rand der Altstadt mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf den St. Georgen und viele grüne Gärten.
Der Mietpreis pro Monat beträgt 650€ und ist All inclusive.
Eine Kaution von 1000€ ist bei Beginn des Untermietverhältnisses zu entrichten und wird bei Rückgabe der Wohnung nach einem erfolgreichen Check vollständig zurück erstattet.
