- Extraordinary room cleaning: 25 EUR/ single payment.

This is a two-bedroom house, recently renovated and furnished, with everything brand new. Spacious and comfortable rooms that will make it easier for you to live with your partner. In addition, you will have a large room, which will make long study days easier to carry. You'll have everything you need.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
