This is a 2 bedroom apartment, the other half is already occupied. Looking for a roommate to occupy the other side. It has a personal bathroom and bedroom. Washer and dryer inside unit. Entire apartment is 1400 sq. ft. Electric, gas and Wi-Fi all included. Very safe neighborhood. No pets or smoking allowed. Roommate is very quiet. Single Male. Week to week rent, $275 every weeks. Must have a full time job and drive. Driver license job verification is a must! Positive vibe, We share living room and kitchen space.
