It’s in the Egypt-Lake/Leto suburb of Tampa. The house has a split floor plan. Your private room comes with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. I work from home so I’m looking to rent to someone that is friendly and clean.You can split this room with your significant other for a double occupancy or invite your guests/BF/GF/FWBs/Spouse to sleep overnight in your room. Any guests should smile and act friendly because that makes for a more pleasant living environment. Of course don’t damage the house or its belongings. The room can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. Included is a hammock, mini refrigerator, elliptical, desk, dresser, rolling office chair, bed, and anything else shown in the photo. I just added a window AC unit to the room so that you can better keep your room at your preferred temperature. High Speed Internet included. Utilities are split 1/3rd.I live on the other side of the house here with my GF Laura. She is a waitress and is studying in school for massage & beauty school. I own a bunch of cool looking fish and Laura owns a hedgehog. A pet may be allowed if it is well trained, small/medium sized, and house broken with additional deposit. Month to month or longer lease.
