Rent a room in Camelback East

Master bed and private bathroom available for immediate move in! -first months rent due at move in -pets considered! -no couples-we have a garage and a parking spot -must be over the age of 21.-women preferred!!! This room is available for rent and it is located in a very good area! Right next to the papago park area so you’re close to scottsdale, phoenix, and tempe. Currently there are 4 months left of the lease but my current roommate and i plan to resign the lease! If you want to stay for a few months only let me know but i would prefer someone who is willing to resign for another year.The two tenants who live here are very quiet and work different schedules. I work at night and they work in mornings. Looking for someone who is also a little more quiet and working full time. I am a server and my roommate also works in sales. Neither of us are home too often. We have an office space so if you needed to work from home you could work in the office space upstairs! Friends are welcomed over but we prefer no large parties! (chaotic parties) neither of us really party anymore.
