Medium sized unfurnished room in Old Escondido available with a decent size closet. You can have access to garage if you need extra room for storage and I can accommodate extra space throughout home. Triplex has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and backyard with a private deck area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that you have access too.
