Apartment #3 on the ground floor is one of our six Art Apartments in the central block, which uses its space so cleverly you’re reminded of a tiny house.
One of the highlights of this room is a cozy single bed to ensure that you get a restful night’s sleep so that you start energized into the adventures of the following day.
Whether you are snuggled up in the comfort of your bed or relaxing on the comfortable one seater sofa, it’s too easy to get lost in a daydream while looking out of the full length windows into the backyard – or to relax in front of the television.
To ensure your privacy is kept, we installed extendable blinds and automatic shutters.

The kitchen is generous in size and fully equipped: fridge, stove and oven as well as all the utensils will make preparing food a joy. However, if that's not your thing you can easily order groceries (., with Gorillas or Flink) or meals from one of the many delivery services (., with Lieferando or Wolt) within minutes.
There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
"Individuality" is the key word in the design process for this apartment. Shev Lunatic, a local artist, used one of the walls as canvas to spray an artwork.
The colour scheme of the interiors features neutral colours with a few highlights that reflect the colours of the artwork in the apartment.

German: Willkommen zu Hause im Cornelius Hof!
Mitten in der schönsten Stadt am Rhein liegt unser ruhiger Hinterhofkomplex mit insgesamt 16 Mikroapartments, die Anfang 2023 fertiggestellt wurden.
Hier findest du alles, was du dir von einem boutique-style Mikroapartment wünschst, egal wie kurz oder lang du bei uns bist:

Unsere Vision für den Cornelius Hof ist: „Ankommen & losleben“ – und wir glauben, genau das ist uns gelungen.
Apartment #3 ist eines unserer sechs Art Apartments im Erdgeschoss mit echtem Tiny House Charakter.
Der Platz in dem Mikroapartment wurde geschickt genutzt und so befindet sich bspw. unter dem ein Meter breiten Hochbett ein Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderstange und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Über eine ausziehbare Treppe kommt man ins Bett und kann sie ebenso unter dem Bett verschwinden lassen, um den Raum bestmöglich nutzen zu können.

Die bequeme Sitzecke am Fenster schenkt einen Blick in den Hinterhof und lädt dazu ein, es sich mit einer Tasse Kaffee aus der Nespresso Maschine mit einem guten Buch gemütlich zu machen oder einen Filmabend zu genießen.

In der großzügigen und voll ausgestatteten Küche findest du alles, was du brauchst, um dich selbst zu versorgen: Kühlschrank, Herd und Ofen sowie alle Kochuntensilien.
Falls Kochen nicht dein Ding ist, ist das auch kein Problem: du kannst dir innerhalb von Minuten Lebensmittel (z.B. über Gorillas oder Flink) oder Mahlzeiten von einem der vielen Lieferdienste der Stadt (z.B. Lieferando oder Wolt) nach Hause kommen lassen.
Ein en-suite Badezimmer mit Dusche rundet das Apartment ab.

In dem Apartment ist das Wohnbedürfnis „Individualität“ im Mittelpunkt. So wurde ein Kunstwerk von der lokalen Künstlerin Shev Lunatic direkt auf eine Wand im Apartment verewigt.

Das Interior ist von der Farbpalette dezent gehalten, nur ausgewählte Dekostücke greifen das Farbkonzept des Kunstwerkes auf, um das Konzept abzurunden.
