(No lovebirds, please.)Picture yourself in a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a serene backyard complete with a grill for culinary adventures. Now, to maintain the serenity of our home, we seek a roommate who can lend a helping hand with light housework—vacuuming, dusting, and mainly dishwashing. In return for your efforts, we graciously extend a monthly rent discount of $450 each month (excluding utilities). As an added perk, you'll have access to household amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and convenient driveway parking. All for $700 per month with help keeping things clean.
