Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 22 m² in Frankfurt am Main

English: For professional reasons, I would like to sublet my apartment temporarily. It is a former fitness studio, which we renovated with great care a few years ago. It is located a little off the beaten track in the rear building. At the moment there is a construction site next door with the usual construction noise, otherwise it is quite quiet for a large city, the neighbors are all very nice.
On the 2nd floor you will find the large kitchen-living-room with fireplace and a guest room (120m bed). This includes a small shower room and a balcony.
The 3rd floor under the roof is laid out more like a gallery, relatively open with a large bedroom and living room. This includes a bathroom with daylight and bathtub and also a balcony.

Das ca. 22qm große Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG eines ruhig gelegenen Hinterhauses. Es gibt ein großes Einzelbett (120m) und es steht ein eigenes Duschbad zur Verfügung. Zur Nutzung stehen außerdem die große Wohnküche/ Esszimmer mit Kamin, ein Balkon sowie ein schöner begrünter Hinterhof.
Wichtig: In der Wohnung lebt auch Rocky, mein sehr liebenswürdiger Podenco Rüde. Er ist sehr schön und auch sehr lieb ;).
Mein Bereich befindet sich im 3. OG unter dem Dach und ist eher wie eine Galerie angelegt, sprich relativ offen, was aber die Privatsphäre nicht beeinträchtigen dürfte. Trotzdem sollten wir wegen des etwas besonderen Schnittes der Wohnung bei Interesse eine gemeinsame kleine Tour durch die Wohnung machen.
