Rent a room in Alameda Avenue

Heyo, my name is Ben and I am currently looking for ONE new roommate to move into my house in Lakewood mid/ end of July. Both of my current roommates are moving out and I am in need of a new one (Male or Female, no preference). And I only have 2 weeks to find a new one.The house is technically a 4 bedroom but we have converted the smallest room into an office / producer studio and plan to keep it that way. In total there will be 3 people living in the house. Rent is going to be around $1135 per person per month and the bedroom available is downstairs and will need to share a bathroom. To
