Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 35 m² in Ulm

English: This cute and beautiful apartment is very centrally located. Great restaurants and cafes are within walking distance and also the city center and the main train station are under 1 km away. Public transportation is also just a stone's throw away.
The room itself has very high ceilings and has large windows, so even during the day the apartment is well flooded with natural sunlight.
For those who don't want to miss out on a sophisticated internet line, it should be mentioned that we booked the fastest line available and opted for the best hardware technology, plus the wifi receiver is also installed on this floor in front of this apartment.
The bathroom has been recently renovated, so you can look forward to a clean, fresh and bright bathroom.
In addition, the apartment has a mini-kitchen, so you don't have to rely on the excellent restaurants in the immediate area. Electrical appliances such as a microwave and an integrated refrigerator with freezer compartment are of course not missing. Also, a WMF kettle, etc. can be provided. (not visible in the photos)
In the bedroom there is a cozy supersize bed (140cm), so you can easily sleep two. The mattress of the box spring bed is very thick, so it's really fun to relax a bit in bed after a busy day and let the evening end.
Of course, this is best done with an Android TV (usually a huge 50", UHD 4k video quality), on which apps such as Netflix, Youtube & Disney+ are pre-installed, so that the cinema experience is also possible in your new home.
In summary: Will be almost impossible to find another apartment in equivalent central location, which has to keep up with this price / performance ratio.
German: Diese niedliche und schöne Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Tolle Restaurants und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Stadtzentrum und der Hauptbahnhof sind unter 1 km erreichbar. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Das Zimmer selbst hat sehr hohe Decken und verfügt über große Fenster, sodass auch tagsüber das Apartment tagsüber gut mit natürlichem Sonnenlicht durchflutet wird.
Für diejenigen, die auf ein anspruchsvolle Internet-Leitung nicht verzichten wollen, ist zu erwähnen, dass wir die schnellste verfügbare Leitung gebucht haben, und uns für die beste Hardware-Technologie entschieden haben, und zudem der WLAN-Empfänger auch auf dieser Etage vor diesem Apartment verbaut ist.
Das Badezimmer wurde erst neulich frisch renoviert, sodass du dich hier auf ein sauberes, frisches und helles Bad freuen kannst.
Zudem verfügt das Apartment über eine Mini-Küche, sodass man nicht auf die hervorragenden Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung angewiesen ist. Elektrogeräte wie z.B. Mikrowelle und ein integrierter Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach fehlen natürlich auch nicht. Auch kann ein WMF-Wasserkocher etc. zur Verfügung gestellt werden. (auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen)
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein gemütliches Supersize-Bett (140cm), sodass du auch zu zweit problemlos übernachten kannst. Die Matratze vom Boxspringbett ist sehr dick, sodass es wirklich spaß macht nach einem anstrengenden Tag im Bett etwas zu entspannen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Das geht natürlich am besten mit einem Android-Fernseher (.R. riesiger 50“, UHD 4k Video-Qualität), auf dem Apps wie z.B. Netflix, Youtube & Disney+ vorinstalliert sind, sodass auch in deinem neuen Zuhause das Kino-Erlebnis möglich ist.
Zusammengefasst: Wird es in gleichwertiger zentralen Lage nahezu unmöglich sein ein anderes Apartment zu finden, was bei diesem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mithalten hat.
