newly renovated apartment chatelain area located on the 1st floor of a 3 story house is a 110m2 newly renovated apartment with high ceilings with two bedrooms, one master bedroom and a second smaller one. it has a large spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen with little balcony street side. the bedrooms are all located at the back (so very quiet) with the master bedroom that has a direct access to the large terrace. furthermore a bathroom with a large bath, italian shower and a toilet. the building just has been totally renovated including the isolation meaning that heating costs are at a bare minimum. no communal charges, energy, water and fibre optic hi speed internet/tv individually. we are looking to rent preferably to a couple or a couple with (little) children. no colocation!
