Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 57 m² in Mannheim

English: As we are going abroad for 3 months, we are looking for a new tenant or a couple to take care of the apartment during our stay.
The apartment is rented fully furnished for a limited period of 3 months. It has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom, a living room and a balcony. We also leave all the items you need for a comfortable stay. Everything that is not desired, we bring to the basement.
Electricity for approx. 70 euros per month and Internet for 30 euros are also available and do not have to be set up separately. So you can move in straight away and don't have to worry about anything.
The beautiful, bright apartment is located in the Mannheim-Wallstadt district in a very quiet yet central location. Mannheim city center can be reached in 20 minutes by streetcar. There are 5 supermarkets near the apartment, the nearest one is only a 5-minute walk away.
The streetcar stop for line 5A to the main station is an 8-minute walk away, the bus stop in Feudenheim is 3 minutes away.
In our opinion, Wallstadt is one of the best districts in Mannheim. If you find city life in Mannheim city center too hectic, you will certainly feel at home here and won't want to move away. That's what we experienced after our move :)

German: Da wir für 3 Monate ins Ausland gehen, suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter:in oder ein Paar, das sich während unseres Aufenthaltes um die Wohnung kümmert.
Die Wohnung wird befristet und voll möbliert für 3 Monate vermietet. Sie hat eine Küche mit Einbauküche, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Wir lassen auch alle Gegenstände, die Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchen. Alles was nicht gewünscht ist, bringen wir in den Keller.
Auch Strom für ca. 70 Euro im Monat und Internet für 30 Euro sind vorhanden und müssen nicht extra eingerichtet werden. Sie können also direkt einziehen und müssen sich um nichts kümmern.
Die schöne, helle Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Mannheim-Wallstadt in sehr ruhiger, aber dennoch zentrumsnaher Lage. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 20 Minuten in der Mannheimer Innenstadt. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es 5 Supermärkte, der nächste ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 5A zum Hauptbahnhof ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bushaltestelle in Feudenheim in 3 Minuten.
Wallstadt ist unserer Meinung nach einer der besten Stadtteile Mannheims. Wem das Stadtleben in der Mannheimer Innenstadt zu hektisch ist, der wird sich hier sicher zu Hause fühlen und nicht mehr wegziehen wollen. Das haben wir nach unserem Umzug erlebt :)
