My home is located in the eastern part of Chula Vista close to SWCC. The home has lots of windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer separate study for use and a lovely garden. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. and steps going up to the bedrooms The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Cable and internet are included in the rent I’m looking for a mature female who is pet friendly.
