Rent a room in West

I have a 3 bedroom two bath condo, with two rooms available with a one will has private bathroom and the other will be a shared bathroom, with in unit laundry. The only utility that will be split is PG&E, everything else will be included. PREFERABLY looking for a female roommate. Preferably a students or working professionals in their 20’s as we are also in our mid 20’s.
