Looking for a female student (or professional) that can help me takeover my lease as I need to move out by the end of April due to job relocation.Student apartment; the room locates by the swimming pool, so you do have a nice view of it. You have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom included a desk, chair, nightstand, and bed. Common area to share among all tenants are the living room, the washer and dryer room, and the kitchen. Free WiFi included.Apartment unit of 4 university girls, we do chat around whenever we see each other, but we also keep to ourselves mostly. Everyone is very lovely, respectful, and neat! :)
