Rent a room in Carson

The room is about 10 ft in length x 8 ft in width. The property rental is a house, provided with a shared bathroom. Kitchen and laundry are available as well. Close to the 405 freeway. Cal State Dominguez nearby. Grocery stores and mall close by as well.My dad (51) and I (23) live here in this house. We currently are looking for a new roommate as ours is making arrangements to leave soon. My dad has his own bedroom and bathroom. I have my own bedroom but you and I will be sharing a bathroom. We don’t mind guests or use of the backyard. My dad sleeps by 9/10 pm during the week (mon-Thursday) so he would appreciate quiet hours after 10pm. Regarding myself I am 23 and I attend college online part time and working part time!
