Rent 5 bedroom house in Point Loma

Looking for a roommate to fill our house located in Point Loma (very close to Liberty Station), lease beginning September 1st. One upstairs room is available! It is a two-story home (large 4 bedroom house, with a pool house outside so 5 roommates total), which has laundry, parking, and a private backyard with a pool. The room that is for rent is 1000$ (Bills will be gas/electric and wifi). Bathroom upstairs is shared shared between two people. No couples or pets please!We are late 20’s/early 30’s and we are ideally looking for females who are chill, clean, and respectful.
