Each room is a fully furnished single room in a comfortable shared flat.

Bus station about 4 minutes walk, subway (Quiddestrasse or Michaelibad) about 8-10 minutes walk away. In 12 minutes you are in the city center (Marienplatz).
The entire shared flat is tidy and clean.
Living together should be uncomplicated, so that newcomers can settle in quickly, and as a landlord it is important to me to treat each other with respect.
There are still 2 rooms to choose from:
Room B: 15sqm: 890,- + 100,- additional costs = 990,-
Room C: 20sqm + balcony: 990,- + 100,- additional costs = 1090,-
The service charges are an advance payment and are billed annually according to actual consumption.
Each tenant receives their own tenancy agreement. There is no minimum rental period.

Jedes Zimmer ist ein voll möbliertes Einzelzimmer in einer komfortablen Wohngemeinschaft.

- großer Kleiderschrank
- Tisch
Es stehen noch 2 Zimmer zur Auswahl:
Zimmer B: 15qm: 890,- + 100,- Nebenkosten = 990,-
Zimmer C: 20qm + Balkon: 990,- + 100,- Nebenkosten = 1090,-
Die Nebenkosten sind eine Vorauszahlung und werden jährlich nach dem tatsächlichen Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Jeder Mieter erhält seinen eigenen Mietvertrag. Eine Mindestmietdauer gibt es nicht.
