Rent 1 bedroom house in Hove

Hello. Welcome to our home. We have a lovely private room available with its own ensuite shower room in our 4 bedroom house in Hove. The house is a 15 min to the seafront and has a large garden overlooking a nature reserve. There is a sea view from the top of the pathway at the front of the house. We are a friendly family of 4 - Phil & Debbie and our daughters Maddie and Imogen (Maddie is away during term times at university). We also have to very friendly and gentle cats - Leo & Luna. We have hosted guests before through other websites so we are used to welcoming people into our home. Guest will have use of the kitchen and family dining room if needed. You can also use the garden and terrace. The guest bedroom is downstairs and has its own private ensuite wet/shower room. There is a downstairs toilet in the utility room just opposite from the guest room. The bed is a large single. There is free wifi available.
