Rent 2 bedroom apartment in View Park-Windsor Hills

Hello future roomie! 👋🏾I have a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. That I would love to share with you. The room is huge. You can definitely fit a Queen size bed, and sofa in there. You'll have your own room and bathroom. Rent is $1062 per month. No deposit. Lease is month to month. The Apartment is in the Baldwin Hills area off of La Brea and Coliseum. UTILITIES:Owner pays for water and trash. We split everything else. Internet (your portion $30 per month), gas (also cheap, less than $10 unless we use heat), electric (runs $80 to $100 every 2 months, split $40 to $50 each every 2 months).➡️➡️➡️➡️--IMPORTANT--⬅️⬅️⬅️⬅️STREET PARKING ONLY. There is only 1 parking spot and I park there. This will work better for someone with a small car like a Fiat or Smart car. Or for someone who doesn't have a car and doesn't mind taking the bus/train, uber, or Lyft. But if you don't mind, driving around and looking for a spot, you're welcome to stop by.NEAREST BUS STOP:On La Brea and Coliseum. About a 5 to 10 walk. Bus 212. The Metro E line is on La Brea and Jefferson. About a 20 minute walk. If you have a bike you get there in no time. Also, the Dash Crenshaw bus stop is right across the street. It goes to the expo line. It's about an 7 minute ride.Nearest Grocery stores, Ralph's and Superior, literally in walking distance. Tar-geh is about 2 or 3 miles away. There's a nice little park across the street, and another one up the hill with a track and basketball court. Kenneth Hahn Park is up the hill as well. Baldwin Hills Scenic route is about 3 miles away. Great workout spot. That's the neighborhood y'all.ABOUT ME:I work full-time in Studio City. I'm also a writer and actor. I'm very open and honest, chill and down to earth. I have a bit of a sense of humor. I'm a social introvert, so I don't mind conversations, but I do believe in alone time. That's how I recharge. THINGS I VALUE:1.) Respect 2.) Peace 3.) Cleanliness 4.) Kindness I'm very hospitable. I don't mind the occasional guest. The way I see it, we are both adults and this is your place too. We both have social lives. Sometimes a night out on the town is just too expensive, and chilling at home with friends is just a better option. As long as we give each other a decent heads up, and the guest are respectful, they are welcome. Just not forever. You know what they say. You don't have to go home, but you have to get the h*** up out of here.I do love animals. I don't have any pets. Animals are a additional fee. So, if you have a clean pooch or kitten, let's talk about it.I would like someone who will stay at least 1 year. Sorry no short term stays. No couples either. I prefer women to room with.
