The bedroom is large at 295 square feet. Shared driveway parking is included. Move-in ready, all you need is your suitcase. We are located in a quiet Belmont neighborhood. It's a 3 minute walk to bus 75 direct to Harvard Square, or a 15 minute bike ride. Owners have two cats. No smoking. AGAIN: This unit is only available for three months, from June 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021. Shorter periods will be considered.
