The photos here are how the house looks right now. We are planning to add fresh paint, re-texture the ceilings, new windows, flooring, etc, all within the first year. It already has a new A/C, water heater, and kitchen sink. If you sign before we paint, you could even help pick out the colors for your room & bathroom! We can furnish the room as well for a small additional fee if you’d like!
