I have one private room available in my apartment for rent ,bathroom is shared not private. The rent is $700/month due at the 1st of every month, deposit is a one time fee of $700. Amenities included are internet, lock on the bedroom door, walk in closet, makeup vanity and sink in the room, laundry washer and dryer inside apartment, fitness center, pools, business center, volleyball court, and parking available, gated private apartment complex, also within walking distance to Walmart, schools, bus stops and other stores and food places.
