Available 09/01 is a private room with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen in a 765 sq ft apartment. The room is the larger of the two and is approximately 150 sq ft. It is unfurnished, has an open door closet as well as two large cabinets for storage.The kitchen and bathroom space will be shared equally between roommates, however the living room and small dining area is open and available to be fully furnished upon move in.**Due to one party being able to have more space in the apartment there will be a difference in cost between housemates.**Required by the property is renters insurance, which is currently $23 a month. SDGE and WIFI pricing can vary, so utilities can run between $40-$90 a month.The lease agreement is for 12 months and has the expectation for all parties to have equal access to the common areas, and equal responsibility for the unit.**A signed roommate agreement will be required before move in.**A personal parking spot should be able to be provided with the unit, however there may be an additional cost enacted by the landlords. I would be your only roommate on the premises. I’m currently employed full time as a sales associate. I am also a full time student.During the semester I am seldom home in the day. I will likely be out of the house for most hours, 4 to 5 days a week. Though when I am home I will be studying or playing video games. With that I do highly value quiet hours within the house. During the summer and off times from school I enjoy being outdoors.I also enjoy keeping the common areas clean and I have found it quite helpful to have a rotating chore schedule between housemates, and this can be communicated upon further. I do currently have a partner, who does not live on the premises. With this, overnight guests are welcome to stay (within each respected room), up to about three nights a week.
