Rent a room in South Arlington

Looking to rent out a room in my home - located on the second floor with lots of privacy. Utilities are included. Private bathroom and media center access - which includes surround sound and 85” flat screen tv access, as well as access to washer and dryer. I currently have 3 small dogs but they don’t usually go upstairs. Cleaning service comes weekly. WiFi included. Available drive way parking and fenced in backyard. Home monitored by adt.
