Rent 5 bedroom house in Mesa

I have a room for rent in my home. It is a 4 bedroom house. No pets allowed, no smoking. Looking for someone who is responsible, and respectful when it comes to noise. Some of the other tenants work nights. Security deposit of $900 required along with a one time move out cleaning fee of $150. The home is centrally located in Mesa between Gilbert & Stapley and Southern & Baseline. The rent is $900 utilities included (power, water and internet).
